4.2. Filter Installation

  1. Open the front cover of the air purifier. The cover is magnetic for easy access.
  2. Remove the main filter assembly.
  3. Remove any plastic packaging from the filters.
  4. Reinsert the filter assembly into the unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  5. Close the front cover securely.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning the Washable Pre-Filter

The washable pre-filter should be cleaned regularly to remove accumulated dust and pet hair.

  1. Unplug the air purifier.
  2. Open the front cover and remove the pre-filter.
  3. Rinse the pre-filter under running water until clean.
  4. Allow the pre-filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the unit.
  5. Close the front cover.

6.2. Replacing the Main Filter

The main filter has a limited lifespan and needs to be replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage and air quality. The unit will display a filter life indicator and alert you when a change is needed.

  1. Unplug the air purifier.
  2. Open the front cover and remove the old main filter.
  3. Insert a new genuine FreAire replacement filter (Search B0GTVCSST3 on Amazon).
  4. Close the front cover.
  5. Plug in the air purifier and press and hold the 'Filter Reset' button on the control panel until the indicator resets.

6.3. General Cleaning
