Coupling Mode (AC/DC):
Press the AC/DC button to switch between AC and DC coupling. DC coupling shows the entire signal, including its DC component. AC coupling blocks the DC component, showing only the AC variations.
Probe Attenuation (1X/10X):
Use the 1X/10X button to match the probe attenuation setting. Ensure this matches the physical switch on your probe for accurate measurements.
Trigger Settings (TRIG, EDGE):
- Press TRIG to cycle through trigger modes: Auto, Normal, Single.
- Press EDGE to select trigger edge: Rising edge or Falling edge.
- Adjust the trigger level using the up/down arrow keys.
Waveform Storage and Recall:
Press the SAVE button to save the current waveform. To recall saved waveforms, enter the main menu, select "Waveform", and use the MODE/OK button to browse the waveform file manager. The device can store up to 2500 waveforms.

Signal Generator Mode:
The built-in DDS signal generator can output various waveforms. Access this function through the main menu.
- Sine Wave/Triangle Wave: 10 Hz - 100 kHz
- Square Wave: 10 Hz - 3 MHz (with 10% - 90% duty cycle adjustment)
- Output Voltage: 0 - 3 Vpp
Use the menu options and arrow keys to select the waveform type, frequency, duty cycle (for square wave), and output voltage.
Maintenance
Cleaning:
Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the device is powered off and disconnected from any power source before cleaning.
Storage:
Store the oscilloscope in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided storage bag to protect it from dust and physical damage.
Battery Care:
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to approximately 50% every few months.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Device does not power on. | Low battery or power button not pressed correctly. | Charge the device using the USB-C cable. Ensure the power button is pressed and held for a few seconds. |
| No waveform displayed. | Probe not connected, incorrect trigger settings, or signal too weak/strong. | Check probe connection. Press AUTO button. Adjust trigger level and time base/vertical sensitivity manually. Verify probe attenuation setting. |
| Unstable waveform. | Incorrect trigger settings or noisy signal. | Adjust trigger level and trigger mode (try Normal or Single). Ensure proper grounding. |
| Signal generator not outputting. | Incorrect settings or output not enabled. | Verify waveform type, frequency, and voltage settings in the signal generator menu. Ensure output is enabled. |
