Setup and Assembly

Operating Instructions

1. Dynamic Auto-Tracking Lumbar Support

The chair features a dynamic lumbar support system with a wide wrap design and a 14° adaptive tilt. This system automatically adjusts to your body's movement, providing continuous lower back support without manual intervention. Simply lean back, and the lumbar support will track your posture.

2. 4D Flip-Up Armrests

The 4D armrests offer multiple adjustment options:

• Height Adjustment: Use the button on the side of the armrest to move it up or down (2.8 inches of adjustment).
• Front/Back Slide: Slide the armrest pad forward or backward (2.8 inches of adjustment).
• 360° Rotation: Rotate the armrest pad to your desired angle.
• 90° Flip-Up: For space-saving, the entire armrest can be flipped up 90 degrees, allowing the chair to slide under a desk.

3. 3D Bi-Axial Ergonomic Headrest

The 3D headrest provides adjustable neck support:

• Height Adjustment: Adjust the headrest up or down (3.1 inches of adjustment) to align with your neck.
• Angle Rotation: The bi-axial design allows for dual-hinge angle rotation to find the optimal position for cervical support.

4. 135° Recline with Retractable Footrest

To recline the chair, locate the recline lever (typically on the right side under the seat). Pull the lever to unlock the recline mechanism, lean back to your desired angle (up to 135°), and push the lever back to lock the position. To use the footrest, pull it out from under the seat and extend it. The footrest is padded for comfort.

5. Adjustable Seat Depth

The chair features a 1-inch seat depth slide to accommodate various user heights (5'0" to 6'3"). To adjust, locate the seat depth lever (usually on the left side under the seat). Pull the lever, slide the seat forward or backward to achieve optimal thigh support, and release the lever to lock.

6. Chair Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, pull the lever located under the seat (typically on the right side). While seated, pull the lever up to lower the chair. To raise the chair, stand up slightly, pull the lever up, and the chair will rise. Release the lever to lock the height.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps prolong the life and performance of your chair.

• Cleaning: Wipe mesh and metal surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For stubborn stains on mesh, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by wiping with a clean, damp cloth.
• Casters: Periodically check the casters for hair or debris that may hinder smooth movement. Clean as needed. The silent PU casters are designed for scratch-free use on various floor types.
• Fasteners: Every few months, check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and safety.
• Gas Lift: The Class-3 electroplated gas lift is SGS certified for durability. Avoid excessive force or tampering with the gas lift mechanism.
