Setup
Charging the Device
The DEPOWIN Red Light Therapy Wrap features a built-in 5000mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.
- Locate the charging port on the integrated controller.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the device and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, power bank, or USB wall adapter).
- The battery indicator light on the controller will flash during charging. It will remain solid when fully charged.
- A full charge typically takes approximately 180 minutes (3 hours).
Note: The device cannot be used while charging.

Wearing the Wrap
The wrap is designed to contour to the neck, shoulders, and upper back. It measures approximately 25.5" x 21.2".
- Place the wrap over your neck and shoulders, ensuring the LED side is facing your skin.
- Adjust the wrap for a comfortable and secure fit using the Velcro closures.
- For optimal results, wear the device directly against the skin. It can also be used on other body areas such as the abdomen, knees, or legs.

Controller Functions
- Power Button: Press and hold to turn the device ON/OFF. A short press cycles through modes or confirms selections.
- Timer Button: Press to select session duration: 10, 20, or 30 minutes. The device will automatically shut off after the selected time.
- Brightness Button: Press to cycle through 3 brightness levels (P1, P2, P3). P3 is the highest intensity.
- Vibration Button: Press to select from 3 vibration intensities: Gentle, Soothing, or Strong. You can also turn vibration off.
- Pulse Button: Press to choose a pulse frequency: 10Hz, 40Hz, or Breathing mode.
Starting a Session
- Ensure the device is charged and comfortably worn.
- Press and hold the Power Button on the controller to turn on the device. The default settings will activate.
- Use the Timer, Brightness, Vibration, and Pulse buttons to customize your session according to your preference.
- Relax and enjoy the therapy. The device will automatically turn off once the set timer expires.
The device provides up to 190 minutes of operation on a full charge, or approximately 90 minutes when running at the highest power level (P3 brightness, strong vibration, continuous pulse).
