1. Important Safety Instructions

• Always wear eye protection and sturdy footwear when operating the trimmer.
• Keep children and bystanders at a safe distance (at least 15 meters) from the operating area.
• Do not operate the trimmer in wet conditions or rain.
• Inspect the work area for objects such as rocks, broken glass, nails, wire, or string that can be thrown or become entangled in the cutting line/blade.
• Ensure all guards and handles are properly installed before use.
• Do not overreach. Maintain proper footing and balance at all times.
• Disconnect the battery pack before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the tool.
• This electric grass trimmer features a lock button for continuous and stable operation, preventing accidental activation, especially by children.

Battery Safety

3. Product Overview

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your grass trimmer before first use.

4.1 Attaching the Protective Cover and Anti-Collision Guard

1. Mount the protective cover onto the trimmer head.
2. Attach the steel anti-collision ring.

4.2 Installing the Blade

Ensure the battery is removed before installing or changing blades.

1. Rotate the washer until you find the small hole. Insert the tool and lock the washer in position.
2. Mount the circular saw blade (the side with letters and the anterior teeth of the blade rotate clockwise).
3. Install the metal washer.
4. Install the blue washer.
5. Install the nut.
6. To remove the blade, locate the small hole on the rotating base and insert the tool to fix the entire base. Then use a tool to loosen the saw blade counter-clockwise.

4.3 Attaching the Adjustable Handle and Wheels

• Attach the adjustable handle to the main shaft at a comfortable height. Secure it firmly.
• Install the removable wheels onto the trimmer head assembly. These wheels aid in effortless trimming, especially along edges.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Battery Installation and Charging

• Ensure the battery is fully charged before use. Insert a charged 21V 3000mAh battery into the battery slot until it clicks into place.
• To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery out.
• Use the provided charger to charge the batteries. The charger indicator light will show charging status.

5.2 Starting and Stopping the Trimmer

• To start: Press and hold the safety lock button, then press the power switch.
• To stop: Release the power switch.

5.3 Adjusting the Cutting Head

• The cutting head can rotate freely from 0 to 90 degrees, both horizontally and vertically. This allows for adaptation to various working environments, such as trimming edges or reaching difficult areas.
• To adjust, press the cutting head lock button, set the desired angle, and release the button to lock it in place.

5.4 Using the Auxiliary Wheels

• When trimming along driveways, paths, or for general mowing, engage the auxiliary wheels. This reduces physical strain and makes operation easier, similar to pushing a lawnmower.

• Plastic Cutting Line: Ideal for thin grass and light weeds.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your trimmer.

• Cleaning: After each use, remove the battery and clean the trimmer head, guard, and blades of any grass clippings or debris. Use a damp cloth; do not use harsh chemicals.
• Blade Inspection: Regularly check blades for sharpness and damage. Replace worn or damaged blades promptly.
• Storage: Store the trimmer in a dry, secure place, out of reach of children. Remove the battery before long-term storage. The foldable rod allows for easier storage.
• Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Do not store fully discharged batteries for extended periods.
