Designed for chickens, rabbits, ducks, or other small animals, this outdoor hen house offers a secure and comfortable environment. Please read these instructions thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure proper function and safety.
The coop features a durable anti-UV and waterproof roof, solid fir wood construction with eco-friendly paint, a spacious run, and a nesting box with a secure lock and openable top for easy egg collection. Heavy-duty wire mesh and metal latches provide predator defense.
Safety Instructions
- Assembly: Ensure all panels, screws, doors, locks, roof parts, and wire mesh are firmly secured according to the assembly instructions provided with the product.
- Placement: Place the coop on a flat, stable, well-drained surface with good ventilation. Avoid areas with standing water, soft mud, or strong direct wind.
- Weather Protection: While the coop offers basic weather protection, extra covering or reinforcement is recommended during heavy rain, snow, storms, or extreme weather conditions.
- Security: Always close and secure all latches on doors, windows, and the nesting box after use to protect animals from predators.
- Cleaning: Clean the coop regularly to maintain a hygienic environment for your animals.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the coop for loose screws, damaged panels, broken wire mesh, worn latches, or roof leaks. Repair or replace damaged parts promptly.
- Children: Adult assembly and supervision are recommended. Do not allow children to climb, shake, or play inside the coop.
- Capacity: Use the coop within its recommended capacity (3-6 chickens) to avoid overcrowding and ensure animal health and comfort.

Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before beginning assembly. Two adults are recommended for assembly.

Operating Instructions
Main House and Run
The main house serves as a secure resting and sleeping area for your animals, while the attached run provides a spacious outdoor activity space. Animals can move between the house and run via an internal ramp or ladder.

Nesting Box
The integrated nesting box provides a private, enclosed space for hens to lay eggs. It features a robust lock for predator defense and an openable top for convenient egg collection without disturbing the flock.

Access Points
The coop is designed with multiple access points for feeding, cleaning, and checking on your animals. Ensure all access points are securely latched when not in use.

Maintenance
Regular Cleaning
To maintain a healthy environment, clean the coop regularly. Remove droppings, feathers, leftover feed, and old bedding. The slide-out tray (Figure 3) facilitates easy removal of waste from the main house. Dry bedding such as straw or wood shavings can be used to keep the interior comfortable.
Structural Inspection
Periodically inspect the coop for any signs of wear or damage. Check for loose screws, damaged panels, broken wire mesh, worn latches, or roof leaks. Promptly repair or replace any damaged parts to ensure the safety and integrity of the structure.
Roof Care
The anti-UV and waterproof asphalt roof (Figure 6) is designed for durability. Keep the roof clear of debris and ensure proper drainage to prevent water accumulation.

Troubleshooting
- Loose Components: If any parts feel loose, re-tighten screws or fasteners. Do not overtighten.
- Damaged Mesh/Wood: If wire mesh is broken or wood panels are damaged, repair or replace them immediately to prevent escape or predator entry.
- Leaking Roof: Inspect the roof for cracks or gaps. Apply appropriate sealant or repair materials if necessary.
- Animal Discomfort/Illness: Ensure the coop is clean, well-ventilated, and not overcrowded. Consult a veterinarian if animals show signs of illness.
