Setup

1. Charging the Neckband

Before first use, fully charge the neckband. A full charge provides up to 32 hours of playback. Fast charging support allows for quick power-ups.

  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.

2. Powering On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the multi-function button on the control panel until the indicator light flashes.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the multi-function button until the indicator light turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

Pair your neckband with your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to enable wireless audio.

  1. Ensure the neckband is powered off.
  2. Press and hold the multi-function button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly (usually blue and red alternately), indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
  4. Search for available devices. Select "ASICEN Buds Wireless 3 Neo" from the list.
  5. Once connected, the indicator light on the neckband will typically flash blue slowly or turn solid blue.
  6. If prompted for a password, enter "0000".

4. Wearing the Neckband

Place the neckband comfortably around your neck, allowing the earbuds to rest in your ears. Adjust for a secure and comfortable fit.

Operating Instructions

Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the multi-function button once.
  • Next Track: Press and hold the Volume + button.
  • Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume - button.
  • Volume Up: Press the Volume + button.
  • Volume Down: Press the Volume - button.

Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Press the multi-function button once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds.
  • Redial Last Number: Double-press the multi-function button.

Voice Assistant

  • Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-press the multi-function button.

Low Latency Mode (Gaming Mode)

The neckband features a 45ms low latency mode for synchronized audio during gaming or video playback.

  • Activate/Deactivate: Refer to your device's specific instructions or the neckband's control panel for a dedicated button or gesture (e.g., press and hold a specific button combination).

Dual-Device Connection

The neckband supports connecting to two devices simultaneously.
