4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Device
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the controller.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.

4.2 Wearing the Device

5.1 Power On/Off
- Press and hold the Power On/Off button to turn the device on or off.
5.2 Red Light & Infrared Therapy
The device features 118 high-intensity LEDs blending 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared light.
- Press the Brightness Button (P0-P3) to cycle through different light intensity levels.
5.3 Heat Function
Choose from three precise warmth levels:
- P1: Low (approximately 100°F / 37.8°C)
- P2: Medium (approximately 109°F / 42.8°C)
- P3: High (approximately 122°F / 50°C)
The heat level is typically adjusted in conjunction with the light intensity using the Brightness Button (P0-P3).

5.4 Vibration Massage
The device offers gentle vibration massage with three comfort levels:
- L1: Gentle
- L2: Soothing
- L3: Strong
- Press the Massage Button (L0-L3) to select your desired vibration intensity.
5.5 Pulse Mode
- Press the Pulse Button (10/40 Hz/Breath) to activate and cycle through different pulse modes for the light therapy.
5.6 Automatic Shut-off Timer
The device includes an auto-shutoff timer for convenience and safety.
- Press the Timer Button (10/20/30 Min) to set the session duration to 10, 20, or 30 minutes.
- The device will automatically turn off once the selected time has elapsed.
