Setup

1. Battery Installation and Charging

1. Insert a 4.0Ah battery into the charger. Connect the charger to a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status.
2. Once fully charged (approximately 3 hours), remove the battery from the charger.
3. Align the charged battery with the battery slot on the grease gun handle and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
4. To remove the battery, press the release button and slide the battery out.

2. Loading Grease Cartridges (2-in-1 Filling)

The grease gun supports both standard 14 oz (400 cc) grease canisters and bulk grease.

1. Unscrew the barrel from the grease gun head.
2. For Cartridge: Insert a new 14 oz grease cartridge into the barrel, pulling the plunger rod back to create a vacuum. Remove the cap from the cartridge. Screw the barrel back onto the grease gun head.
3. For Bulk Grease: Pull the plunger rod all the way back and lock it. Fill the barrel with bulk grease using a bulk loader or spatula. Release the plunger rod and screw the barrel back onto the grease gun head.
4. After loading, press the metal vent valve to release any trapped air, ensuring proper priming.

3. Attaching Hose and Fittings

1. Select the appropriate hose (39.4-inch flexible hose or 11.8-inch rigid tube) and screw it securely onto the grease gun outlet.
2. Choose one of the four multi-functional fittings (Pointed Tip, Flat-Head Coupling, Lock-Clamp Coupling, or 90° Coupling) based on the grease fitting type you are lubricating. Screw it onto the end of the hose or rigid tube.
3. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks during operation.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off and Speed Adjustment

1. Ensure a charged battery is installed.
2. Press the power button to turn on the grease gun. The LED display will show the current speed setting and battery level.
3. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the flow rate (speed) from 1 to 5.
• Low Speed (1-2): 3.6-4.5 oz/min, suitable for precise maintenance of delicate components.
• Medium Speed (3-4): 5-5.2 oz/min, suitable for routine maintenance.
• High Speed (5): 5.7 oz/min, suitable for quickly clearing severely clogged joints or heavy-duty operations.
4. To turn off, press and hold the power button.

2. Lubrication Process

1. Clean the grease fitting before attaching the coupler to prevent contamination.
2. Firmly attach the chosen fitting to the grease nipple. Ensure a tight, leak-free connection.
3. Press the trigger to begin dispensing grease. For continuous operation, engage the trigger lock function.
4. Observe the grease fitting and the component being lubricated. Stop when fresh grease appears or when the component is adequately lubricated.
5. Release the trigger (or disengage the trigger lock) and carefully detach the fitting from the grease nipple.

3. Using the Shoulder Strap

Attach the shoulder strap to the designated points on the grease gun for easier carrying and reduced fatigue during extended use or when working in various locations.

Maintenance
