- Product Warranty: 1 Year on the entire product.
- Compressor Warranty: 11 Years on the Compressor.
The warranty covers comprehensive repairs, rectification, or replacement of components such as the Electronic PCB, IDU Evaporating Coil, and ODU Condenser Coil. It excludes air filters, plastic and metal parts, remote handset, and gas charging. Gas charging associated with Compressor/Evaporator/Condenser coil issues will be borne by the customer.
