Setup and Installation
This section outlines the general steps for installing your Hodozzy Carplay Autoradio. Professional installation is recommended.
- Preparation: Ensure the vehicle's ignition is off and the battery is disconnected before starting installation.
- Remove Original Unit: Carefully remove the existing car stereo and trim panels from your Peugeot 208/2008. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for specific instructions.
- Connect Wiring Harness: Connect the provided power cable, RCA cable, and other necessary cables to the corresponding ports on the new Android player unit and your vehicle's wiring harness. The Canbus decoder should be integrated as per the wiring diagram.
- GPS Antenna Installation: Mount the GPS antenna in a location with a clear view of the sky, typically on the dashboard or under the windshield, ensuring it is securely attached.
- Radio Antenna Connection: Connect the radio antenna to the unit.

Operating Instructions
Basic Operation
- Power On/Off: The unit powers on automatically with the vehicle's ignition. Press and hold the power button (if available) to manually turn off or on.

- Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone.
- On the autoradio, navigate to the CarPlay or Android Auto application.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to pair your phone via Bluetooth.
- Once paired, the system will automatically establish a Wi-Fi connection for CarPlay/Android Auto functionality.
