6. Cooking Guide and Tips

The NEWBULIG Glass Air Fryer is capable of various cooking methods including roasting, baking, dehydrating, and reheating. Here are some general tips:

  • Preheating: For best results, preheat the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at the desired temperature before adding food.
  • Oil Usage: Most foods require little to no oil. For a crispier result, lightly toss food with 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • Shaking/Tossing: For even cooking, especially with smaller items like fries or nuggets, shake or toss the basket halfway through the cooking time. The transparent glass allows you to monitor progress without opening.
  • Batch Cooking: Avoid overcrowding the basket. Cook in smaller batches if necessary to ensure even air circulation and crispiness.
  • Food Examples: The air fryer is suitable for items such as roasted potatoes, grilled salmon, asparagus, corn, mushroom skewers, garlic bread, and grilled fish.
