Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Clean Before First Use: Wash the detachable glass pitcher, lid, and accessories (measuring cup, nut milk bag, cleaning brush) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
  3. Assemble: Place the motor base on a stable, flat, and dry surface. Ensure the power cord is accessible.
  4. Attach Pitcher: Align the detachable glass pitcher with the motor base and place it securely. The machine will not operate if the pitcher is not correctly seated.
  5. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The LED display will illuminate.

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients (e.g., nuts, beans, water) into the detachable glass pitcher. Observe the maximum fill lines for 'Cold Drink' (1750 ml) and 'Hot Drink' (1400 ml) to prevent overflow.
  2. Secure Lid: Place the lid onto the pitcher and ensure it is properly aligned and sealed. The machine has a magnetic induction safety feature; it will not start if the lid is not correctly closed.
  3. Select Program: Use the 'Mode' button on the control panel to cycle through the 11 available programs. The selected program will be indicated on the LED display.
  4. Start: Press the 'Start/Stop' button to begin the selected program. The machine will automatically process the ingredients according to the program's settings.
  5. Finish: Once the program is complete, the machine will beep and enter 'Keep Warm' mode (if applicable) or standby. Carefully remove the lid and pour out the contents.

Delay Start Function

The Delay Start function allows you to set a timer for the machine to begin operation at a later time, up to 24 hours in advance.

  1. Add ingredients and water to the pitcher and secure the lid.
  2. Select your desired program using the 'Mode' button.
  3. Press the 'Timer' button. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the delay time in hours.
  4. Press 'Start/Stop' to confirm the delay setting. The machine will display the countdown and begin the program once the timer expires.

Keep Warm Function

After certain hot programs (e.g., hot nut milk, soy milk, porridge, soups), the machine will automatically enter a 'Keep Warm' mode, maintaining the temperature for up to 4 hours. This function ensures your beverages or food remain warm until ready to serve.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your Encyclpo Nut Milk Maker.

Auto Clean Function

  1. After use, rinse the pitcher to remove large food residues.
  2. Fill the pitcher with approximately 800-1000 ml of water and add a small amount of dish soap (optional).
  3. Secure the lid.
  4. Select the 'Auto Clean' program using the 'Mode' button.
  5. Press 'Start/Stop' to begin the cleaning cycle.
  6. Once complete, discard the water and rinse the pitcher thoroughly.

Manual Cleaning

  • Detachable Glass Pitcher and Lid: These parts can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water and the provided cleaning brush. Pay special attention to the blades, handling them with care due to their sharpness. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
  • Motor Base: Wipe the exterior of the motor base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the base in water.
  • Accessories: Wash the measuring cup and nut milk bag with warm, soapy water. The nut milk bag should be rinsed well and air-dried.

Caution: Always unplug the machine before cleaning. The blades are very sharp. Use the cleaning brush and exercise extreme care when cleaning the blade area.
