Setup and Installation
1. Unpacking and Initial Inspection

2. Placement
- Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface capable of supporting its weight when full of ice.

3. Water Connection
- Connect the water intake hose to a potable water supply.
- Connect the water outlet (drain) hose to a suitable drainage system. Ensure the drain hose has a continuous downward slope to prevent water accumulation.

4. Power Connection
- Plug the power cord into a dedicated 110-volt, 700-watt grounded electrical outlet.
- Do not use extension cords or adapters.
5. Leveling
Adjust the machine's adjustable feet to ensure it is perfectly level. This is crucial for proper water flow and ice production.
Operating Instructions
1. Control Panel Overview
The ice maker is equipped with an LCD control panel for easy operation. It displays temperature, ice status, and alarm functions.

2. Power On/Off
- Press the ON/OFF button to start or stop the ice making process.
3. Adjusting Ice Thickness
You can adjust the ice cube thickness to suit your needs:
- Use the + button to increase ice thickness.
- Use the - button to decrease ice thickness.
- Ice production times vary by thickness: Thin ice (5-8 minutes), Medium ice (8-11 minutes), Thick ice (11-15 minutes).

4. Automatic Cleaning Function
The machine features an automatic cleaning function to maintain hygiene. Refer to the control panel for initiating this cycle.
5. Ice Production Capacity
This model can produce up to 360 pounds of ice per day, with a storage bin capacity of 200 pounds. Approximately 160 clear ice cubes are produced in each cycle, taking 11-20 minutes.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your ice maker.
1. Automatic Cleaning
- Utilize the built-in automatic cleaning function regularly to prevent mineral buildup and ensure clean, odor-free ice.
- Follow the instructions on the LCD control panel to initiate the cleaning cycle.
2. Interior Cleaning
- Periodically clean the food-grade PP injection molded lining of the ice storage bin with a mild, food-safe cleaning solution.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water after cleaning.
3. Exterior Cleaning
- Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive pads that could scratch the surface.
4. Water Filter (Recommended)
- While not included, installing an external water filter is recommended to reduce mineral deposits and improve ice quality.
- Replace the filter cartridge according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
