Setup
1. Install Batteries
- Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the monitor.
- Insert the four 'AA' batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover.
2. Connect AC Adapter (Optional)
If using the AC adapter, plug the adapter into the AC adapter jack on the side of the monitor, then plug the other end into a wall outlet. Using the AC adapter will bypass battery power.
3. Connect the Arm Cuff
Insert the air plug of the arm cuff into the air jack on the left side of the monitor until it clicks securely.

Preparing for Measurement
For accurate readings, follow these guidelines:

- Sit Calmly: Rest quietly for 5-10 minutes before taking your blood pressure.
- Sit Upright: Sit with your back straight and supported, with your palm facing up.
- Cuff Placement: Place the cuff on your upper arm. It should be snug but not overly tight.
- Arm Position: Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your heart.
- Foot Position: Keep your feet flat on the floor and do not cross your legs.
Applying the IntelliWrap Cuff
The IntelliWrap Cuff is designed for easy and accurate placement. Ensure the air tube is positioned on the inside of your arm and aligned with your middle finger. The cuff should be wrapped directly on your bare skin, approximately 1-2 cm above your elbow.
Taking a Measurement
- Press the START/STOP button. The cuff will begin to inflate automatically.
- Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
- Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed.
- If AFib is detected, an AFib indicator will appear on the display.
- Press the START/STOP button again to turn off the monitor. The measurement will be automatically stored.
Understanding the Display
The large display shows your readings clearly. The top number is your Systolic Blood Pressure, the middle number is your Diastolic Blood Pressure, and the bottom number is your Pulse Rate. An icon will indicate if Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) was detected during the measurement.

Bluetooth Connectivity and OMRON Connect App
The monitor can connect to the OMRON Connect app via Bluetooth to store and track your readings. Download the OMRON Connect app from your device's app store.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.
- Open the OMRON Connect app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your device.
- Your measurements will automatically sync to the app, providing a digital logbook, health insights, daily reminders, and doctor-friendly reports.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Monitor and Cuff
- Wipe the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth.
- If necessary, use a soft cloth moistened with water and a mild soap, then wipe dry.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device or cuff in water.
Storage
- Store the device and cuff in the provided storage case when not in use.
- Keep the device in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
- Avoid storing the device in areas where it may be exposed to strong vibrations or impacts.
Battery Replacement
When the low battery indicator appears on the display, replace all four 'AA' batteries with new ones. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
