1. Important Safety Information
Please read this manual thoroughly before operating your LELEKUAI T5 Electric Bike. Failure to follow instructions can result in serious injury or product damage. Always wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear when riding.
1.1 General Safety Warnings
- Do not use this product if the flexible power cord or output cable is frayed, has broken insulation, or shows other signs of damage.
- The equipment is not intended to be used at ambient temperatures less than -20°C (-4°F) or above ambient temperatures of 40°C (104°F).
- The battery is intended to be charged when the ambient temperature is between 0°C (32°F) and 40°C (104°F). Never charge the battery when ambient temperatures are outside this range.
- Avoid modifying or attempting to repair the e-bike system yourself.
1.2 Battery Safety Instructions
- Always handle with great care.
- Do not immerse the battery in water or submerge it.
- Keep it away from temperatures exceeding 60°C.
- Never create a connection between the contacts located at the bottom of the battery.
- Never leave the battery charging unattended.
- Only use the charger that came with your bike or supplied by your dealer.
- If your battery is damaged, do not use it.
1.3 Travel Safety Tips
- Night Riding: Riding a bicycle at night is much more dangerous than riding during the day. A bicyclist is very difficult for motorists and pedestrians to see. Therefore, children should never ride at dawn, at dusk, or at night. Adults who choose to accept the greatly increased risk of riding at dawn, at dusk, or at night need to take extra care both in riding and in choosing specialized equipment that helps reduce that risk.
- Wet Weather Riding: Wet weather impairs traction, braking, and visibility, both for the bicyclist and for other vehicles sharing the road. The risk of an accident is dramatically increased in wet conditions.
- On and Off-Road Conditions: The condition of the riding surface is very important. If the surface is wet, or has sand, leaves, small rocks, or other loose debris where you plan to ride, carefully decrease the speed of the bicycle and ride with extra caution. It will also take a longer time and more distance to stop. Apply the brake earlier than normal and with less force—rear brake first, followed by the front brake if equipped—to help keep the bicycle from skidding or falling.
- NOTICE: Always obey pedestrians and follow traffic laws. Riding on the sidewalk may be illegal; consult local laws.

Your LELEKUAI T5 Electric Bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps for final assembly and initial setup.
3.1 Handlebar and Stem Assembly
- Install the folding stem, and lock the folding buckle.
- Align the quick release, insert the handlebar into the riser, and lock the folding buckle.
3.2 Pedal Assembly
Identify your pedals; check the letters on the pedals, "L" or "R". The "R" marked pedal is for the right (when facing the forward direction). For attachment to the crank, tighten clockwise. The "L" marked pedal is for the left. For attachment, tighten counter-clockwise when facing directly.
First screw on the pedals by hand, then tighten with the wrench provided.
3.3 Basket Installation
Attach the provided basket to the front of the handlebar using the integrated hooks and straps.
3.4 Reflector Installation
Secure the reflective stripes to the designated points on the front and rear wheels for increased visibility.
3.5 Battery Installation and Removal
To install: Insert the battery into its compartment and turn the key to lock it in place. Ensure it is securely locked before riding. To remove: Turn the key to unlock, then pull the battery out.
3.6 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the battery. The LED lights on the charger will indicate charging status (red for charging, green for full). When depleted, it takes approximately 4 hours for the battery to completely recharge using the standard charger supplied with the bike.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off
Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the 'ON' position. Press and hold the power button on the display to turn on the bike. Repeat to turn off.
4.2 Pedal Assist Levels
The bike features 3 levels of pedal assist. Use the control panel on the handlebar to switch between modes:
- Level 1: Minimal assist, ideal for light exercise or longer rides.
- Level 2: Moderate assist for balanced power and effort.
- Level 3: Maximum assist for climbing hills or faster speeds.
You can also use the throttle for full electric power without pedaling.
4.3 Folding and Unfolding the Vehicle
The LELEKUAI T5 is designed for quick folding. To fold, release the frame latch and fold the main frame. Lower the handlebar stem and seat post. To unfold, reverse the process, ensuring all latches are securely fastened.
4.4 Saddle Adjustment
To ensure comfortable and fatigue-free riding, the saddle and handlebar height should be adjusted to the body size of the rider. The saddle height is correct if the leg is near full extension while the foot is resting flat on the pedal in the bottom position of the crank cycle. The toes must still be able to touch the ground comfortably.
- Seat Position: Tighten the adjusting nut by hand and move the quick release lever to the closed position. You should feel considerable resistance when closing the lever. If not, reopen and re-tighten the nut, then move the lever to the closed position so it is in line with the frame.
- Saddle Adjustment: The saddle can also be tilted and adjusted in the forward/backward direction. Loosen the bolt at the bottom (1). Adjust the saddle by pressing down on the front or rear of the saddle. Move the saddle forward or backward to adjust for arm/torso length. Tighten the bolt (1) to secure the saddle.
