Setup Guide

1. Unpacking and Assembly

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Place the main unit on a stable, flat surface.
3. Connect the flexible hose to the designated port on the main unit.
4. Select the appropriate cleaning accessory for your task and attach it securely to the end of the flexible hose.

2. Filling the Tanks

• Clean Water Tank: Fill with clean tap water. For hot water cleaning, use water up to 65°C. For steam cleaning, use cold water. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line.
• Detergent Tank: Fill with the provided detergent solution or a compatible cleaning agent. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line.
• Dirty Water Tank: This tank remains empty before cleaning. The device will automatically shut off if the dirty water tank reaches its 'MAX' level.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On and Mode Selection

1. Plug the power cable into a suitable electrical outlet.
2. Press the power button to turn on the appliance.
3. Select your desired cleaning mode (Cold Water, Hot Water, or Steam) using the control panel. Allow time for the appliance to heat up if selecting Hot Water or Steam mode.

2. Cleaning Modes

• Cold Water Mode: Ideal for daily cleaning, removing dust, pet hair, and fresh non-greasy stains. Safe for delicate fabrics.
• Hot Water Mode (65°C): Effective for dissolving stubborn dirt, grease, blood, and coffee stains. Use with detergent for best results.
• Steam Mode (105°C): Provides deep sanitization, reducing mites, bacteria, viruses, and allergens. Helps eliminate odors from smoke, mold, and pet urine.

3. Cleaning Techniques

The cleaner being used on various surfaces including carpets, stairs, sofas, car seats, and even for cleaning up coffee spills and toys, demonstrating its wide application.

• For Carpets and Upholstery: Move the cleaning head slowly over the soiled area, pressing the spray trigger to release cleaning solution/steam, then release the trigger and pull back to vacuum the liquid. Repeat as necessary.
• For Windows and Delicate Surfaces: Use the appropriate brush or scraper attachment with cold water or steam mode. Test on an inconspicuous area first.
• For Car Interiors: Utilize the compact design and various nozzles to reach tight spaces and clean car seats, floor mats, and upholstery.

Maintenance and Care

1. Emptying and Cleaning Tanks

1. After each use, unplug the appliance.
2. Remove the dirty water tank and empty its contents. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
3. Empty any remaining solution from the clean water and detergent tanks. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Allow all tanks to air dry completely before reassembling.

2. Cleaning Accessories

• Detach all used accessories from the hose.
• Rinse brushes and nozzles under running water to remove any debris or residue.
• Use the self-cleaning cap for easy cleaning of the main cleaning head.
• Ensure all accessories are dry before storing.

3. Storage

The compact design of the Redkey C2 allows for easy storage in small spaces, such as a cabinet.
