5. Setup & Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation of your KARTOOSH Solar Inground Pool Light:

1. Surface Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the installation surface on the pool edge to remove any dust, dirt, or moisture. The surface must be flat and smooth.
2. Apply Adhesive: Apply the provided adhesive evenly to the designated areas on the underside of the solar panel mounting base.
3. Attach Solar Panel: Press the solar panel mounting base firmly onto the cleaned pool edge. Hold it in place for approximately 5 minutes to ensure initial adhesion.
4. Curing Time: Allow the adhesive to set for 24-48 hours to ensure the adhesive bonds completely and securely before proceeding to the next step or submerging the light.
5. Attach Light Body: Once the adhesive is fully cured, snap the LED pool light panel onto the solar panel unit. Ensure the side locking clips fully pop out to secure a stable connection.
6. Adjust Length: The light's length is adjustable from 11.5 inches to 13.5 inches. Adjust the light unit's height to optimize lighting and accommodate different water levels without compromising water conservation.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Charging

• Solar Charging: The integrated solar panel charges the 10000mAh battery during the day when exposed to direct sunlight. Ensure the solar panel is not obstructed for optimal charging efficiency.
• USB-C Backup Charging: For cloudy days, indoor use, or when solar charging is insufficient, use the included USB-C cable and a 2A adapter (not included) to charge the light. The light can glow after 3-4 hours of USB-C charging.

The light features intelligent light sensing. It will automatically activate at dusk and turn off at dawn to conserve energy.
