2. Safety Information

Please observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury or damage to the product:

  • Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 330 lbs for the tabletop and 550 lbs for the seats. Overloading can cause structural failure and injury.
  • Stable Surface: Always place the picnic table on a flat, stable, and level surface to prevent tipping.
  • Assembly: Ensure all components are correctly assembled and all fasteners are securely tightened before use. Regularly check fasteners for tightness.
  • Children: Supervise children around the picnic table. The smooth, rounded corners are designed for safety, but caution is always advised.
  • Weather Conditions: While weather-resistant, extreme weather conditions (e.g., strong winds) may require securing or storing the table to prevent damage or displacement.
  • Cleaning: Use mild soap and water for cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the HDPE material or powder-coated steel frame.
  • Movement: When moving the table, lift it rather than dragging to prevent damage to the legs or frame.

  • Frame Care: The steel frame is powder-coated for weather resistance. If scratches occur, touch up with rust-inhibiting paint to prevent corrosion.
  • Fastener Checks: Periodically inspect all screws and bolts for tightness. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability.
  • Storage: During prolonged periods of non-use or in harsh winter conditions, consider storing the table indoors or covering it with a protective outdoor furniture cover to extend its lifespan.
