4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically requires two adults. Clear a spacious area for assembly and lay out all components on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

4.1. Frame Assembly

1. Attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Ensure all connections are secure.
2. Install the center support beam(s) if included, ensuring they are properly aligned with the pre-drilled holes.
3. Place the wooden slats across the bed frame. Secure them using the provided screws or plastic caps, ensuring even spacing for mattress support.

4.2. Trundle Assembly

1. Assemble the trundle frame according to the separate instructions for the trundle unit. Attach the wheels to the bottom of the trundle frame.
2. Install the trundle slats onto the trundle frame.
3. Slide the assembled trundle into position under the main daybed frame.

4.3. Drawer Assembly

1. Assemble each of the three storage drawers by attaching the sides, back, and bottom to the drawer front.
2. Attach the small wheels or glides to the bottom of each drawer.
3. Slide the assembled drawers into their designated compartments under the daybed.

4.4. LED Light Installation

1. Carefully unroll the LED light strip.
2. Adhere the LED strip to the designated areas on the daybed frame, typically along the bottom edge of the side panels. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Using the Trundle Bed

To use the trundle bed, gently pull the handle or front panel of the trundle outwards from under the main daybed. The trundle is equipped with wheels for smooth movement. To store, push the trundle back into its compartment until it is fully recessed.

5.2. Using the Storage Drawers

The three storage drawers operate independently. To open a drawer, pull the front panel outwards. To close, push the drawer back into its compartment until it is flush with the daybed frame.

5.3. Operating the LED Lights

The LED lights are controlled via a remote control or an integrated switch (depending on the model). Refer to the separate LED light controller manual for specific instructions on changing colors (7 adjustable colors), brightness, and modes. Ensure the power adapter is plugged in for the lights to function.
