1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all instructions before assembly and use. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 150 kg (330 lbs). Overloading can cause serious injury or damage to the stand.
• Stable Placement: Always place the hammock stand on a flat, level, and stable surface. Uneven ground can cause instability and tipping.

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Outsunny Hammock Stand.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
2. Assemble Base Frame: Connect the horizontal base tubes to the central connector using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are snug but do not fully tighten bolts yet.
3. Attach Upright Supports: Insert the angled upright support tubes into the base frame connectors. Secure them with the appropriate hardware.
4. Connect Top Bar: Attach the top curved bar to the upper ends of the upright supports. This completes the main triangular structure.
5. Install Non-Slip Feet: Slide the U-shaped plastic feet onto the bottom ends of the base frame. These provide stability and protect your floor surface.
6. Tighten All Hardware: Once the entire frame is assembled, go back and securely tighten all bolts and nuts. Do not overtighten.
7. Attach Chains and S-Hooks: Connect the 33 cm chains to the designated hanging points on the top bar. Attach the S-hooks to the ends of the chains.

4. Operation

Using your Outsunny Hammock Stand safely and effectively.

• Hanging Your Hammock: Attach your hammock's loops or rings to the S-hooks on the stand. Ensure the hammock is securely fastened before use.
• Height Adjustment: The included 33 cm chains allow for flexible height adjustment. You can use more or fewer chain links to raise or lower your hammock to achieve your desired comfort level. Ensure both sides are adjusted evenly.
• Entering and Exiting: Carefully enter and exit the hammock. Distribute your weight evenly as you sit down or stand up. Avoid sudden movements.
• Weight Distribution: The stand is designed to support up to 150 kg. Distribute weight evenly across the hammock. Avoid concentrating weight in one small area.

5. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your hammock stand.

• Cleaning: Wipe the steel frame with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the powder coating.
• Rust Prevention: The stand features a powder-coated finish for rust resistance. However, prolonged exposure to moisture can still lead to rust. Dry the stand thoroughly after rain and store it in a dry place when not in use for extended periods.
• Hardware Check: Periodically check all bolts, nuts, and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Storage: When not in use, especially during off-season or inclement weather, disassemble the stand (if desired) and store it in a cool, dry place to protect it from the elements.

6. Troubleshooting

Common issues and their solutions.

• Stand Wobbles:
  • Ensure the stand is placed on a completely flat and level surface.
  • Check all assembly bolts and nuts to ensure they are securely tightened.
  • Verify that the U-shaped plastic feet are properly installed and making full contact with the ground.
• Hammock Sags Too Low or Hangs Too High:
  • Adjust the length of the chains by using more or fewer links to achieve the desired hammock height. Ensure both sides are adjusted equally.
  • Confirm your hammock's length is within the compatible range of 2.75 m to 4 m.
• Difficulty Assembling Parts:
  • Refer back to the assembly instructions and diagrams.
  • Ensure you are using the correct hardware for each connection point.
  • Do not force parts together. If a part does not fit, re-check the orientation or contact support.
