Setup and Installation

  • Ensure at least 20 inches of clear space on all four sides of the unit for proper airflow.
  • Position the unit near a window for exhaust hose installation.

Window Kit Installation

The window kit is designed for horizontal or vertical sliding windows. Select the appropriate window panels based on your window opening width.

  1. Step 1: Connect the hose connector to one end of the exhaust hose.
  2. Step 2: Connect the window kit adapter to the other end of the exhaust hose.
  3. Step 3: Extend the adjustable window kit to fit your window opening. Connect the exhaust hose to the window kit and secure with the butterfly nut.
  4. Step 4: Close the window to secure the kit. Seal any gaps around the window kit with duct tape or similar material for maximum efficiency.
  5. Step 5: Attach the hose connector to the unit's exhaust air outlet.
  6. Step 6: Adjust the hose length. Keep the unit at least 28 inches from the window, and the hose at least 35 inches from the floor. Avoid sharp bends in the hose.

Mobility
