3. Setup
3.1 Unboxing and Initial Assembly
Your TST Electric Bike X6 comes partially assembled. Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Assembly typically involves attaching the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Refer to the included assembly guide for detailed, step-by-step instructions.
3.2 Battery Installation and Initial Charge
The 48V 15AH battery is removable for convenient charging. Before first use, fully charge the battery. This typically takes approximately 7 hours.
- Locate the battery compartment and ensure the battery is securely installed.
- Connect the charger to the battery charging port.
- Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
- The charger indicator light will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the outlet, then from the battery.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Powering On/Off

4.4 Gear Shifting
The 7-speed Shimano transmission system allows you to adjust pedaling resistance. Use the gear shifter on the handlebars to select the appropriate gear for your terrain and desired effort level.

5. Battery Management
5.1 Charging
Always use the original charger provided with your TST Electric Bike X6. Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials. Do not leave the battery charging unattended for extended periods after it is fully charged.
5.2 Battery Care and Safety
- The battery is UL 2849 certified, ensuring safety against overcharging and electrical hazards.
- Avoid fully discharging the battery regularly. Charge it after each significant ride.
- Store the battery in a cool, dry place when not in use, ideally between 20% and 80% charge if storing for long periods.
- Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.

6. Maintenance
