6. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your sewing machine:

  • Keep the machine clean and free from dust and lint. Use a soft brush to remove any fabric fibers from the needle area and bobbin case.
  • Store the machine and accessories in the provided wooden box when not in use to protect them from damage.
  • Ensure the machine is powered off and unplugged (if using an adapter) before performing any cleaning or maintenance.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your sewing machine, consider the following:

7.1 Thread Falling Out

If the thread falls out after sewing, it is likely due to not tying a knot at the end of the stitch. Always ensure you tie a secure knot after completing your sewing to prevent unraveling.

7.2 Machine Not Starting

Check the power supply. If using batteries, ensure they are correctly inserted and have sufficient charge. If using a power adapter, ensure it is securely connected and the outlet is functional.

7.3 Skipped Stitches or Uneven Stitching

Verify that the machine is correctly threaded and the tension control is appropriately adjusted for your fabric type. Ensure the needle is inserted correctly and is not bent or dull.
