Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
The hearing aids feature an automatic power-on/off function. They will automatically turn on when removed from the charging case and turn off when placed back in. There is an 8-second intelligent start-up delay to prevent sudden noise jolts. For manual control, press and hold the large tactile button for 2 seconds to power on or off.
2. Volume Adjustment
The device has a single button for volume control. Each short press of the button adjusts the volume. The volume adjustment cycles through 5 levels. You will hear a single "Du" sound with each adjustment. Once the highest volume is reached, you will hear a single "Du" sound again to indicate the cycle restart.

3. Mode Switching
The hearing aids offer 2 listening modes: Quiet Mode (for daily use) and Noise Reduction Mode (for party/noisy environments). To switch between modes, quickly press the button twice. You will hear different prompt sounds to indicate the current program: a single "beep" for Normal Program and "beep beep" for Restaurant Program (Noise Reduction Mode).

Maintenance
Regular cleaning is essential to maintain the optimal performance and longevity of your hearing aids. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove wax, dirt, or debris from the eartips and hearing aids as needed. Store the hearing aids in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
Troubleshooting
Beeping Sound / Feedback
If you experience a long beeping sound while wearing the hearing aid, it may be due to an incorrect fit. We suggest changing the eartips to find one that fits your ear canal best, and then refitting them carefully. Ensure the hearing aid is inserted snugly into the ear canal with the pull line facing downwards.
Unclear or Distant Sounds
These hearing aids are designed for mild to moderate hearing needs. If sounds consistently remain unclear or distant after adjusting volume and modes, consulting a hearing specialist is recommended to optimize your sound experience.
