2. Safety Information

• DO NOT move the gantry crane when it is under load.
• Ensure a minimum clearance height of 7.5 feet is available before operation.
• Always verify that the locking pins are securely engaged when adjusting height.
• Inspect the crane for any damage or wear before each use. Do not operate if damaged.
• Ensure the load does not exceed the crane's maximum capacity of 2200 lbs.
• Keep hands and feet clear of moving parts and suspended loads.

3. Setup Instructions

Assembly Steps:

1. Attach the caster wheels to the base supports. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
2. Assemble the vertical uprights to the base supports, ensuring the triangular base design is correctly oriented for stability.
3. Mount the horizontal beam (crossbar) to the top of the vertical uprights. Use the provided heavy-duty screws and ensure all connections are firm.
4. Adjust the height of the gantry crane to the desired working height using the adjustment system. Secure the height with the locking pins.

4. Operating Instructions

• Disengage the locking pins on both vertical uprights.

Moving the Crane:

• Unlock the caster wheels.
• Carefully push or pull the crane to the desired location. The 360-degree swivel casters allow for easy maneuverability.
• Once in position, lock the caster wheels to prevent unintended movement during operation.

Lifting Operations:
