Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your MoNiBloom Ergonomic Office Chair. It is recommended to have a clear workspace and refer to the assembly video for visual guidance.

General Assembly Steps:

2. Attach the chair back to the seat mechanism using the provided screws. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
3. Insert the gas lift into the center hole of the five-star base.
4. Place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift.

Operating Instructions

Your MoNiBloom Ergonomic Office Chair offers multiple adjustment options to customize your seating experience.

1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. Pull the lever up while seated to lower the chair, or pull it up while standing to raise the chair. Release the lever at your desired height. The seat height ranges from 18" to 22.5".

2. Headrest Adjustment

The headrest can be adjusted in two dimensions:

• Height Adjustment: Gently pull the headrest up or push it down to adjust its vertical position. It has an adjustment range of 3.93 inches.
• Tilt Angle Adjustment: The headrest can be tilted up to 30 degrees to support your neck and head comfortably.

3. 3D Armrest Adjustment

4. Seat Sliding Adjustment

5. Backrest Height and Lumbar Support Adjustment

The backrest features a 5-level adjustable height mechanism with a 2.5-inch adjustment range. To adjust, pull the backrest upwards. It will click into different height levels (L1-L5). To return to the lowest position, pull it all the way up until it unlocks, then push it down. The integrated lumbar support adjusts with the backrest height.

6. Recline Function and Rocking Capability

The chair offers a recline range from 90 degrees (upright working position) to 145 degrees (relaxed position). Use the recline lever (typically on the left side) to adjust the angle. The chair also has a rocking capability. Adjust the tension knob beneath the seat to control the resistance of the rocking motion.

• Backrest does not stay upright or feels too reclined:

  • Adjust the tilt tension knob (usually a large round knob under the seat) to increase resistance for the recline function.
• Armrests are loose or difficult to adjust:
