- Assemble the Frame: Follow the detailed diagrams in the included installation kit to connect the main frame pieces. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
- Install Wall Mounting Bracket: Choose a suitable height on your wall. Drill holes using an electric drill and insert the colloidal particles (wall anchors). Fix the mounting board to the wall using the provided screws.
- Mount the Display Case: Carefully lift the assembled display case and insert it into the cutouts of the wall mounting board. Ensure it is securely seated.

Motion Sensor Design
The display case includes an intelligent human body sensor. This sensor automatically turns the LED lights on when it detects movement within approximately 1 meter (3.3 feet) and turns them off when no movement is detected for a period. Maintenance
- Cleaning Glass: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the glass, to avoid liquid seeping into crevices.
- Cleaning Wood Surfaces: Wipe wood surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that can damage the finish.
- Dusting: Regularly dust the interior and exterior of the display case with a dry, soft cloth to maintain clarity and appearance.
- Check Connections: Periodically inspect all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| LED lights do not turn on. | Power cord unplugged; loose connection; faulty power adapter. | Check if the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet and the display case. Ensure all internal connections are firm. Try a different outlet. |
| Motion sensor not working. | Sensor obstructed; sensor dirty; insufficient movement. | Ensure the sensor is clean and unobstructed. Test with clear, deliberate movement within 1 meter. |
| Glass doors are stiff or do not pop open easily. | Magnetic catches misaligned; hinges stiff; debris in mechanism. | Check alignment of magnetic catches. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to hinges if stiff. Clean any debris from the door mechanism. |
| Shelves are not level. | Shelf pins not fully inserted; uneven wall mounting. | Ensure shelf pins are fully and evenly inserted into the adjustment holes. Verify the display case is mounted level on the wall. |
