Troubleshooting

1. Device Not Powering On

  • Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB-C cable.
  • Check the power switch on the side of the numpad to ensure it is in the ON position.

2. Connection Issues (2.4GHz / Bluetooth)

  • 2.4GHz: Ensure the USB dongle is securely plugged into your computer and the numpad's mode switch is set to 2.4GHz. Try a different USB port.
  • Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Unpair and re-pair the numpad if connection is unstable. Make sure the numpad's mode switch is set to Bluetooth.
  • Try switching to wired mode to confirm the numpad is functional.

3. Keys Unresponsive or Double-Registering

  • Ensure the numpad is properly connected and in the correct mode (PC Numpad Mode for computer input).
  • If specific keys are affected, consider replacing the switches using the hot-swappable feature and spare switches provided.
  • Clean around the affected keys to remove any debris.
  • Update the numpad's firmware using the RK Online Driver if available.

4. LCD Display Not Working

  • Ensure the numpad is in Calculator Mode (with or without RGB) for the display to show calculations. In PC Numpad Mode, the display may be blank or show a dash.
  • Check battery level; a low battery might affect display functionality.
