SAITRIO Air1 Bed Cooling System User Manual

Model: Air1 | Brand: SAITRIO

1. Introduction

The SAITRIO Air1 Bed Cooling System is designed to enhance sleep comfort by actively transferring heat away from your body. This system utilizes a hydro-powered cooling pad placed beneath your fitted sheet, providing targeted cooling to your sleeping surface. It operates quietly and is intended for low-power overnight use, focusing on cooling the individual rather than the entire room.

3. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for initial setup:

  1. Position the Main Control Unit: Place the Main Control Unit on a stable surface next to your bed, ensuring it is easily accessible for refilling and operation.
  2. Place the Cooling Mattress Pad: Lay the Cooling Mattress Pad flat on your mattress, beneath your fitted sheet. Ensure the pad is positioned to cover the shoulder-to-leg sleeping zone. The ultra-thin design (approximately 0.08 inch thick) is intended to be virtually unnoticeable.
  3. Connect Tubes: Connect the two hoses from the Cooling Mattress Pad to the designated ports on the Main Control Unit. Ensure connections are secure.
  4. Add Water:
    • Remove the detachable tank from the Main Control Unit.
    • Fill the tank with clean or distilled water.
    • Reinsert the tank into the Main Control Unit.
    • During the first use, the water level in the detachable tank will decrease as the cooling pad fills. Continue adding water until the level in the tank remains stable, indicating the system is fully primed.
  5. Connect Power: Connect the USB Type-C Power Adapter to the Main Control Unit and plug it into a compatible power outlet.
  6. Start Operation: Press the power button on the Main Control Unit or use the remote control to turn on the system.

4. Operating Instructions

The SAITRIO Air1 system is designed for straightforward operation:

  • Power On/Off: Use the power button on the Main Control Unit or the remote control to turn the system on or off.
  • Cooling Effect: The system circulates water through the pad to draw heat away from your body. It is designed to provide a comfortably cool sensation, preventing overheating rather than making the bed feel excessively cold.
  • Overnight Operation: The SAITRIO Air1 is designed for continuous overnight operation.
  • Temperature Control: Each Air1 system operates as one cooling zone with a single shared setting. Individual temperature adjustments for multiple users are not supported by a single unit.

  • Routine Cleaning: The detachable tank allows for convenient rinsing and cleaning. Regularly clean the tank to prevent mineral buildup.
  • Long-Term Storage: If the system will not be used for an extended period, drain all water from the system using the provided manual drain pump. Store the unit and pad dry.
  • Maintenance Insert: A replaceable maintenance insert supports consistent cooling performance and convenient long-term upkeep. Refer to the manufacturer's website for details on replacement.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your SAITRIO Air1 system, refer to the following common solutions:

  • System Not Cooling:
    • Ensure the water tank is adequately filled and the system is primed (water level stable after initial fill).
    • Verify all hose connections are secure and free from kinks.
    • Confirm the power adapter is properly connected and the unit is powered on.
    • Remember that the system provides a comfortably cool sensation by removing body heat, not an icy cold temperature. The cooling effect is relative to the ambient room temperature and your body's heat output.
  • Unusual Noise:
    • Check for any obstructions around the Main Control Unit's fan vents.
    • Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable surface.
    • The system operates at approximately 38 dB, which is comparable to a quiet library environment.
  • Water Leakage:
    • Immediately power off the unit and disconnect it from power.
    • Check all hose connections for tightness.
    • Inspect the cooling pad and hoses for any visible damage.
    • Ensure the detachable tank is correctly seated in the Main Control Unit.
  • Remote Control Not Working:
    • Check and replace the remote control batteries if necessary.
    • Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the Main Control Unit.
