3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Components
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure the following items are present:
- Maypug P3 Projector Unit
- Power Adapter
- Remote Control
- User Manual (this document)
3.2 Physical Connections
Identify the ports on your projector. The Maypug P3 includes HDMI, USB, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

- Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the projector's power input and then to a power outlet.
- HDMI Connection: For external video sources (e.g., laptop, gaming console, TV stick), connect an HDMI cable (sold separately) from your device to the projector's HDMI port.
- USB Connection: Insert a USB drive into the USB port to play media files directly.
- Audio Output: Connect external speakers or headphones to the 3.5mm audio jack if desired.
3.3 Placement and Positioning

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press the power button on the projector or the remote control.
- Power Off: Press the power button again.
4.2 Initial Setup and Navigation
- Upon first power-on, follow the on-screen prompts to select your language and connect to a Wi-Fi network.
- Use the remote control to navigate the Android TV interface.

4.3 Image Adjustment
The projector offers automatic and manual image correction features:
- Automatic Keystone Correction: The projector automatically corrects trapezoidal distortion up to 15°.

- Automatic/Manual Focus: The projector will automatically focus the image. If manual adjustment is preferred, use the remote control or settings menu.
- Zoom Function: Adjust the screen size from 50% to 100% via the settings menu without moving the projector.

4.4 Connecting to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth
- Wi-Fi: Go to 'Settings' > 'Network & Internet' to connect to your Wi-Fi 6 network.
- Bluetooth: Go to 'Settings' > 'Connected Devices' > 'Pair new device' to connect Bluetooth speakers or headphones.
