4.7 Remote Control
The remote control allows for convenient adjustment of power, fan speed, mist mode, timer, LED light, and oscillation from a distance.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Fan Blades
Ensure the fan is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe dust from the fan blades and grille. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the fan in water.
5.2 Cleaning the Water Tank and Misting Nozzles
Regularly empty and clean the 20L water bucket to prevent mineral buildup and bacterial growth. Use a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. For misting nozzles, use a soft brush or cotton swab to gently clear any blockages.
5.3 Storage
When not in use for extended periods, ensure the fan is clean, dry, and fully charged. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The bucket design allows for compact storage.
6. Troubleshooting
- Fan does not turn on:
Check if the battery is charged. Connect the fan to a power source and allow it to charge. Ensure the power button is pressed firmly. - No mist is produced:
Check if the water tank is filled. Ensure the misting nozzles are not clogged. Clean the nozzles if necessary. Verify that the misting function is activated. - Weak airflow:
Increase the fan speed setting. Ensure the fan grille is not obstructed by dust or debris. - Remote control not working:
Check the remote control battery. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fan's receiver. Note that some external signals, such as from a TV remote, may inadvertently activate or interfere with the fan's functions. - Unusual noise:
Turn off the fan and inspect for any foreign objects obstructing the fan blades. If the noise persists, contact customer support.
