Important Safety Instructions
Please read and understand all safety instructions before using the eufy Baby Monitor C10. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, electric shock, or other injury or damage.
- Choking Hazard: Keep all cables and small parts out of reach of children.
- Strangulation Hazard: Never place the camera or its power cord within 3 feet (1 meter) of a crib or playpen. Secure the cord to the wall using cable clips to prevent entanglement.
- Electric Shock Hazard: Do not expose the monitor or camera to rain or moisture. Do not use near water.
- Overheating: Ensure proper ventilation around the camera and monitor. Do not cover them with blankets or other materials.
- Power Source: Use only the power adapters provided by eufy. Using unauthorized adapters may cause damage or fire.
- Placement: Place the camera on a flat, stable surface or mount it securely to a wall. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
- Interference: Keep the monitor and camera away from other electronic devices that may cause interference.
Setup Guide
1. What's in the Box
Your eufy Baby Monitor C10 package includes the following components:

2. Initial Connection (Monitor and Camera)
To begin, connect the camera and monitor to their respective power sources using the provided power adapters and cables. The monitor and camera will automatically attempt to pair.

Follow the on-screen instructions on the monitor to complete the initial connection. Ensure both devices are within 1-3 meters during the pairing process.
3. Mounting the Camera
The eufy Baby Monitor C10 camera can be placed on a flat surface or wall-mounted. For wall mounting, use the included mounting plate and screw pack.

Wall Mount Installation Steps:
- Measure and mark the center point of the crib on the wall.
- Vertically align with the center point, measure 8ft (240 cm) up from the floor, and mark this spot as Point 1.
- Align the lower screw hole of the wall mount with Point 1.
- Mark the upper screw hole as Point 2.
- Drill at the marked points.
- Insert the tubular wall anchors.
- Fix the wall mount with the provided screws.
- Insert the camera power cable into the groove of the mount.
- Mount the camera onto the wall mount and connect the power cable.

4. Connecting an Add-On Camera (Optional)
If you have an additional camera, you can connect it to your existing monitor for multi-room monitoring.
- Ensure the main C10 monitor and camera are already connected and powered on.
- On the monitor, press the Menu button.
- Navigate to Camera Settings > Add Camera.
- Plug the add-on camera into a power source and turn it on.
- Press the SYNC button on the add-on camera for 3 seconds.
- Wait for the devices to pair.
- Once paired, open the eufy Security app on your smartphone.
- Tap the "+" icon to add the camera to your device list and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Wi-Fi setup.

Operating Your Baby Monitor
1. Viewing Your Baby
The monitor provides a clear 2K HD resolution view of your baby. You can pan 351°, tilt 60°, and zoom 4× to get the best view.

Night Vision: The camera automatically switches to night vision in low-light conditions, providing a clear black and white image.
Pan & Tilt: Use the directional buttons on the monitor to adjust the camera's view remotely.
Zoom: Use the zoom buttons on the monitor to magnify the image up to 4 times.
2. Hybrid Monitoring (Monitor & App)
The eufy Baby Monitor C10 offers both local monitoring via the dedicated display and remote monitoring via the eufy Security app on your smartphone.

App Access: Connect the camera to your home Wi-Fi network to enable remote viewing and sharing access with up to 5 family members. Ensure your app version is V5.6.0 or above.
No Wi-Fi Connection: The dedicated monitor provides a secure, local connection without requiring Wi-Fi, ensuring privacy and reliability.
3. Smart Detection and Alerts
The eufy Baby Monitor C10 features an advanced sensing system to detect various events and provide timely alerts.
- Motion Detection: Receive alerts when motion is detected in the baby's area.
- Cry Detection: Get notified when your baby cries.
- Loud Noise Detection: Alerts for unusual loud noises in the room.
- Temperature Alerts: Monitor room temperature and receive alerts for significant changes.

Customize alert settings through the monitor or the eufy Security app to reduce distractions and receive critical updates.
4. Two-Way Talk (VOX)
Use the two-way talk feature to soothe your baby from another room or communicate with anyone near the camera.
- Press and hold the microphone button on the monitor to speak.
- Release the button to listen.
5. Split-Screen Mode (with Add-On Camera)
If you have multiple cameras, you can use the split-screen mode to view two babies simultaneously on the monitor.
- Press the left or right buttons on the monitor to select which camera's full-screen view you want to switch to.
- Press the center OK button to enter the full-screen view of the selected camera.
- Press the back button to return to split-screen view.
- The audio alternates between the two cameras every 5 seconds in split-screen mode.
- Receive instant notifications from both cameras for cries, temperature changes, or loud sounds.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Wipe the camera and monitor surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners.
- Keep the camera lens clean for optimal image quality.
2. Local Storage and Privacy
The eufy Baby Monitor C10 supports local storage via an SD card (not included). The SD card slot is located underneath the camera lens.

For enhanced privacy, the monitor offers a one-tap Wi-Fi switch in the app to disconnect Wi-Fi for a secure, private local connection. All recordings are uniquely stored locally with RSA-1024 and AES-128 encryption.
Activate Privacy Shutter Mode with a single tap to turn the camera away from your baby, instantly cutting all video streams. With all data stored locally, your privacy is fully protected.
Troubleshooting
1. No Signal / Connection Issues
- Ensure both the camera and monitor are powered on and fully charged or plugged in.
- Move the monitor closer to the camera to improve signal strength. The maximum range is 800 ft in open spaces.
- Check for obstructions or interference from other electronic devices.
- If using Wi-Fi, ensure your router is working correctly and the camera is connected to the network.
- Restart both the camera and monitor.

2. Alerts Not Working or Too Frequent
- Check the alert settings on your monitor or in the eufy Security app. Adjust sensitivity levels for motion, cry, and noise detection.
- Ensure temperature alert thresholds are set appropriately.
- Verify that notifications are enabled on your smartphone for the eufy Security app.

3. Poor Image Quality
- Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from dust or smudges.
- Check the lighting conditions in the room. Night vision automatically activates in low light.
- Verify that the camera is placed in an optimal position, not too far or too close to the subject.
