3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your CabeVibe S1 Office Chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Insert the casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base until they click into place.
2. Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
3. Attach the legs to the base of the chair frame using the included bolts and Allen wrench. Tighten all hardware securely before use.
4. Align the backrest with the seat cushion and attach it using the provided screws, ensuring each screw is paired with its two gaskets and tightened securely.
5. Attach the armrests to the seat assembly.
6. Insert the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder.
7. Attach the headrest to the top of the backrest.
8. Position the lumbar support pillow as desired.

• Seat Height Adjustment: Locate the lever under the right side of the seat. Pull the lever up to raise the seat; release to lock. Sit on the chair and pull the lever up to lower the seat; release to lock. The chair has 5 height positions.
• Seat Depth Adjustment: A lever or knob typically located under the seat allows you to slide the seat forward or backward to accommodate different leg lengths. Adjust until your back is against the backrest and there is a comfortable gap between the front edge of the seat and your knees.
• Recline Function: The chair features 3 reclining positions (99°, 107°, 115°). Use the recline lock lever, usually on the left side, to adjust and lock the backrest at your desired angle.
• Armrest Adjustment: The armrests are height-adjustable (1D/Vertical). Press the button or lever on the side of the armrest and move it up or down to your preferred height. Release to lock.
• Headrest Adjustment: The 2D headrest can be adjusted for height and tilt to provide optimal neck and head support.
