Setup and Assembly
The tokera MEELOD Electric Bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly:
- Handlebar Installation: Secure the handlebar to the stem using the provided tools. Ensure it is centered and tightened properly.
- Front Wheel Installation: Carefully install the front wheel, ensuring the brake rotor aligns correctly with the caliper. Remember to remove any plastic spacers from the brake caliper before installation. Tighten the axle nuts securely.

- Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread them into the crank arms and tighten them firmly with a wrench. The pedal locking force is approximately 25 N.m.
- Battery Charging: Fully charge the 48V 13Ah lithium battery before first use. Charging takes 5-9 hours. The battery can be charged on or off the bike.
- Tire Inflation: Inflate the 20" x 4.0" fat tires to the recommended pressure (check sidewall for PSI range). Ensure the tire beads are properly seated.
