1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup & Assembly

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the battery. The battery can be charged while attached to the main unit or separately. A full charge takes approximately 4-5 hours and provides up to 35-55 minutes of runtime depending on the suction mode.

3.2 Assembly Steps

Follow these steps to assemble your Vazone S22 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner:

1. Attach the Nozzle: Connect the desired cleaning nozzle (e.g., motorized cleaner head, crevice tool) to the end of the telescopic tube or directly to the main motor unit until it clicks securely into place.
2. Connect the Extension Tube: If using as a stick vacuum, connect the telescopic tube to the main motor unit. Ensure it is firmly attached.
3. Install the Dustbin: Ensure the dust cup is securely locked in place on the main motor unit. Refer to Figure 3.2 for dust cup installation.
4. Insert the Battery: Slide the charged battery pack into the designated slot on the main motor unit until it clicks.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Powering On/Off and Suction Modes

To power on the vacuum, press the power button located on the main motor unit. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current suction mode and battery level. Press the suction mode button to cycle between Standard (30KPa) and Max (45KPa) suction settings. To turn off the vacuum, press the power button again.

4.2 Using Attachments

The Vazone S22 is designed for versatility. Attachments can be used with the telescopic tube for extended reach or directly with the main motor unit for handheld cleaning.

• Motorized Cleaner Head: Ideal for all floor types, including hardwood, carpets, and tile. The swivel head allows for easy maneuverability around furniture.
• Telescopic Tube: Adjust the length by pressing the release button and sliding the tube to your desired height. This feature also enables the vacuum to be self-standing.
• Crevice Nozzle: Use for tight spaces, corners, baseboards, window tracks, and car interiors.

4.3 Self-Standing Feature

The Vazone S22 features a self-standing design, allowing you to pause cleaning and leave the vacuum upright without needing to lean it against a wall or furniture. This enhances convenience during use.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Emptying the Dustbin

To maintain optimal suction and performance, empty the dustbin regularly, especially when it reaches the MAX fill line. The large 1.5L dustbin capacity allows for longer cleaning sessions before needing to be emptied.

1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off.
2. Hold the main motor unit over a trash can.
3. Press the one-touch release button on the dustbin to open the bottom flap and release debris.
4. Close the flap securely after emptying.

5.2 Filter Cleaning

The Vazone S22 features a multi-cone cyclone filtration system with a HEPA filter, capturing particles as small as 0.1µm. Regular cleaning of the filters is crucial for maintaining suction power and air purification efficiency.

• Remove the dustbin and separate the filter components.
• Tap off loose dirt from the pre-filter and HEPA filter.
• Rinse the filters under cold running water. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling and using the vacuum. Allow at least 24 hours for air drying.
• Replace filters if they are damaged or if suction power significantly decreases even after cleaning.

5.3 Brush Head Cleaning

The motorized cleaner head features a tangle-free design, but occasional cleaning of the brush roll may be necessary, especially if long hair or fibers accumulate.

• Ensure the vacuum is turned off and disconnected from the power source.
• Detach the motorized cleaner head from the telescopic tube.
• Use the provided mini cleaning brush or a pair of scissors to carefully remove any tangled hair or debris from the brush roll.
• Reattach the cleaner head once cleaned.
