3. Wearing the Hearing Aids

Identify the left (L) and right (R) hearing aids. Gently insert the appropriate hearing aid into your ear canal, ensuring the pull line faces downwards. The eartip should fit snugly without causing pain or discomfort. If you hear a long beeping sound, it may indicate an improper fit; try a different eartip size or adjust the placement.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

The hearing aids feature automatic power-on/off. They will turn on automatically when removed from the charging case and turn off when placed back in. There is an 8-second intelligent start-up delay to prevent sudden noise jolts.

To manually power on/off, press and hold the tactile button on the hearing aid for 2 seconds.

2. Adjusting Volume

The device has a single tactile button for volume adjustment. Each short press of the button will adjust the volume in a cycle. You will hear a single "Du" sound with each adjustment. Once the highest volume is reached, you will hear a single "Du" sound again, indicating the cycle has reset to the lowest volume.

Troubleshooting

  • Beeping Sound: If you hear a long beeping sound while wearing the hearing aid, it may be because they are not fitted correctly. Try changing the eartips to find one that fits your ear canal best, and then refitting them.
