Setup and Assembly

Basic assembly is required for this chair. Due to the weight of certain components, it is recommended to have two people for assembly.

Assembly Steps:

1. Mounting Nylon Casters and Connecting Base and Gas Lift: Insert the five nylon casters into the assembly holes of the base. Then, insert the gas lift into the central assembly hole of the base.
2. Attaching Base and Backrest: Remove the plastic protective cover from the metal pins on the seat cushion. Lift the backrest up and insert the seat cushion onto the pins, ensuring a secure fit.
3. Connecting Power Cables: Carefully connect all power cables located beneath the chair. Ensure all connections are firm and secure.
4. Connecting the Upper and Lower Halves: Align the upper half of the chair with the base and securely connect them.

Operating Instructions

Your EMIAH office chair is equipped with advanced features for personalized comfort and support. All electronic adjustments are controlled via the inner-side button dashboard on the armrest.

Control Panel Overview:

• USB-A Charging Port: Located on the control panel for convenient device charging.
• Massage Function: Activates vibration massage in the lumbar area. Two intensity levels available.
• Ventilation Function: Activates air-cooling for the seat cushion. Three fan speed levels available.
• Footrest Adjustment: Electrically extends and retracts the footrest. Press once to extend/retract, press again to stop at desired position.
• Backrest Adjustment: Electrically reclines and raises the backrest from 90° to 160°. Press once to recline/raise, press again to stop at desired position.
• Motorized Airbag Lumbar Support: Press and hold the function key to inflate the lumbar airbag for customized support. It takes approximately 30-40 seconds to fully inflate. Release to deflate.
• Height Adjustment: Use the lever on the side of the chair to adjust the seat height.

Disassembly (Unloading Guide)

If you need to disassemble your EMIAH office chair for moving or storage, follow these steps:

Disassembly Steps:

1. Disconnect the Power Cord: Turn the chair on its side and carefully disconnect the main power cord from the chair's internal connections.
2. Removal of Backrests: Buckle the patch and lift the backrest up to detach it from the seat cushion.
3. Separate the Base from the Seat Cushion: Gently tap the area of the base wrapped in a towel with a wooden mallet to loosen and separate it from the seat cushion.
4. Separate the Base, Gas Cylinder, and Casters: Rotate and pull out the casters from the base. Then, gently tap the area of the gas cylinder wrapped in a towel with a wooden mallet to separate it from the base.
