2.2 Assembling the Frame

2.3 Adjusting Height and Ankle Holding System

The inversion table accommodates users from 4.92ft to 6.06ft. Adjust the height selector rod to match your height for proper balance and safe operation. The improved ergonomic ankle holding system should be adjusted to comfortably secure your ankles without excessive pressure.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Getting On and Off the Table

  1. Stand facing the inversion table with the backrest in the upright position.
  2. Secure your ankles firmly in the ankle holding system. Ensure they are snug but comfortable.
  3. Hold onto the side handles and slowly lean back, allowing the table to recline.
  4. To return to the upright position, grasp the side handles and gently pull yourself forward.

3.2 Inversion Techniques

The YOLEO Gravity Inversion Table ITX311 allows for multi-position adjustments, including 90°, 120°, 150°, and 180° inversion. Start with a shallow angle and gradually increase as your comfort and body allow.

3.3 Using Heat and Massage Lumbar Pad

4. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe down the frame and backrest with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Inspection: Regularly check all bolts, nuts, and moving parts for tightness and wear. Replace any worn components immediately.

  • Table does not invert smoothly: Check that the height adjustment is set correctly for your body. Ensure all moving parts are free of obstructions.
  • Ankles feel uncomfortable: Re-adjust the ankle holding system for a snug but not overly tight fit. Ensure you are wearing appropriate footwear or socks.
  • Heat/Massage pad not working: Verify the power connection to the pad and ensure the remote control batteries (if applicable) are functional.
