7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your dehumidifier, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Dehumidifier does not turn on. | No power supply. Water tank is full or incorrectly inserted. | Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into the unit and the wall outlet. Empty the water tank and ensure it is correctly reinserted. |
| No water collected. | Room humidity is too low. Temperature is too low. Air inlet/outlet blocked. | The unit will not collect water if humidity is below 40-50% RH. Dehumidifiers are less effective in cold environments (below 15°C). Ensure vents are clear of obstructions. |
| Unit is noisy. | Unit not on a level surface. Fan obstruction. | Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Check for any foreign objects near the fan. If noise persists, contact customer support. |
| Indicator light is on (tank full). | Water tank is full. | Empty the water tank and reinsert it properly. |
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact customer support.
