9.1 Warranty Details

Your Blue Star AC comes with the following manufacturer warranty (T&C* apply):

• 1 Year on Product
• 10 Years on Inverter Compressor
• 5 Years on PCB

The warranty covers repairs, rectification, or replacement of components such as the Electronic PCB, IDU Evaporating Coil, and ODU Condenser Coil. It excludes air filters, plastic/metal parts, remote handset, and gas charging. Gas charging associated with Compressor/Evaporator/Condenser coil issues is to be paid by the customer. This warranty applies to residential usage only.

9.3 Service Charges for Split ACs

Standard installation and other service charges are applicable as per the company policy. Please refer to the table below for typical service charges. GST will be additional as applicable.

Inclusions:

• Mounting and installing of ODU & IDU (with accessories, if required).
• Drilling on the brick wall (up to 10") for the copper tube, drain pipe, and the interconnection of electrical wires with communication cables.
• Cleaning the site.
• Product demonstration covering features, safety protocols, and troubleshooting steps.

Exclusions:

• Additional copper pipe, electric / communication cables and drain pipe beyond the standard.
• Civil / core-cutting / carpentry / metal work on concrete / stone wall >10" thickness.
• Stabiliser & ODU stand supplied by customer will be charged for installation.
• Dismantling old AC.
• Scaffolding arrangement.
• MCB arrangement of 15/16 amps for 1 TR, 1.5 TR & 20 amps for 2 TR.
• Society / association permissions.
• Installation of external protective covers.
• Customised on-site work as per customer requirements.
