Setup

1. Unpacking and Component Check

Carefully unpack all components and verify against the packing list. Ensure all items are present and undamaged. The package includes the A3 DTF Printer, Powder Shaking & Air Purifier, DTF Ink (CMYKW), Transfer Film, DTF Powder, Maintenance Kit, Cleaning Kit, Cutter Kit, Software, and this User Manual.

2. Printer Film Loading

Install the film roller onto the printer. Gently feed the DTF film into the printer's loading slot. Ensure the film is aligned correctly to prevent jams and misprints. The printer supports both sheet and roll printing.

3. Ink Loading

The DXZ C13 DTF Printer features a one-click ink setup for hassle-free loading. Open the ink tank covers and carefully pour the corresponding CMYKW DTF inks into their respective reservoirs. Ensure not to overfill. The system is designed to prevent spills and simplify the priming process.

4. Shaker Oven Assembly (if applicable)

2. Printing Process

The DXZ C13 A3 DTF Printer features an advanced F1080 printhead, offering high-speed printing at 500mm²/s and a resolution of 2800x1400 dpi for vibrant colors and sharp details. 3. Powder Application and Curing (using Shaker Oven)

After printing the design onto the DTF film, evenly sprinkle DTF powder over the wet ink. Then, place the film into the shaker oven for curing. Set the oven temperature (e.g., 160-180°C / 320-356°F) and time (e.g., 60-80 seconds) using the control panel. The oven automates powder application and curing for consistent results.

4. Heat Press Application

Once the film is cured, place the DTF film (white side up, colored side down) onto the fabric where the design is to be transferred. Use a heat press at approximately 130°C (266°F) for 20 seconds. After pressing, carefully peel off the film to reveal the transferred design. The transferred images are designed to withstand friction, washing, and rubbing.

Maintenance

1. White Ink Circulation System

The DXZ C13 features an effective White Ink Circulation system that combines stirring and circulation. This prevents white ink settling, ensuring consistent and smoother prints, reducing clogging, and extending the printer's lifespan.
