1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your ANJIELO SMART WiFi IP Video Intercom System. This system includes one outdoor doorbell camera and two 10-inch indoor touch screen monitors, designed to enhance security and communication for villas, homes, and offices.

3. Product Features

4. Setup

4.1 Component Identification

Familiarize yourself with the main components of your system:

• Outdoor Doorbell: Rain cover, Mic, IR LEDs, Camera, ID Card area, Call Button, Speaker. Rear connections: 15-24V power supply, Unlock signal, 24-48V POE.
• Indoor Monitor: 10-inch touch panel, Mic. Rear connections: TF card slot, 12V 2A power supply.

4.2 Installation

Outdoor Doorbell Camera:

1. Choose a suitable mounting location near your entrance, ensuring clear visibility and protection from direct impact.
2. Mount the doorbell unit using the provided screws and wall anchors. Ensure the rain cover is properly positioned.
3. Route the RVV4 cable from the doorbell to the location of your indoor monitor(s).

Indoor Touch Screen Monitors:

1. Select a convenient indoor location for each monitor, such as a wall in your living area or kitchen.
2. Mount the monitors securely using the provided hardware.

4.3 Wiring and Power Connection

1. Connect the RVV4 cable from the outdoor doorbell to the designated port on the back of the master indoor monitor.
2. If using multiple indoor monitors, connect them in series or parallel as per the system's wiring diagram (refer to specific diagrams if provided in a separate guide).
3. Connect the 12V 2A power adapter to the master indoor monitor. This adapter powers both the indoor monitor and the outdoor doorbell.
4. For door unlocking functionality, connect the unlock signal wires from the outdoor doorbell to your electronic lock system.
5. (Optional) If using Power over Ethernet (POE), connect a POE switch to the outdoor doorbell's POE port (24-48V POE).

4.4 Network Configuration (Tuya App)

1. Connect Monitor to WiFi: On the master indoor monitor, navigate to the network settings and connect to your 2.4G WiFi network.
2. Download Tuya Smart / Smart Life App: Download the "Tuya Smart" or "Smart Life" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store).
3. Register/Log In: Create a new account or log in to your existing account.
4. Add Device: Follow the in-app instructions to add your video intercom system. This typically involves selecting "Add Device," choosing the correct device type (e.g., "Video Doorbell" or "Smart Camera"), and following the pairing process guided by the app and monitor.
5. User Sharing: The system supports one master account and up to five shared users. You can invite family members to access the system through the app's sharing features.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Answering Calls and Two-Way Intercom

When a visitor presses the call button on the outdoor doorbell:

• The indoor monitor(s) will ring and display the visitor's video feed. Tap the "Answer" icon on the monitor to begin two-way communication.
• If your smartphone is connected via the Tuya app, you will receive a call notification. Tap to answer and communicate with the visitor remotely.

Intercom Between Indoor Monitors:

• From any indoor monitor, you can initiate a call to another indoor monitor within the system. Refer to the monitor's interface for the "Intercom" or "Internal Call" function.

5.2 Remote Unlocking

To unlock an electronic door connected to the system:

• During a call with a visitor, tap the "Unlock" icon on the indoor monitor screen.
• From the Tuya app, you can also tap the "Unlock" icon during a live view or call.
• The unlock delay time can be adjusted via the indoor monitor settings.

ID Card Access:

• Present a pre-programmed ID card to the ID card reader area on the outdoor doorbell to unlock the door.
• To manage ID cards (add or delete), use the "Management card setup" function, typically accessed via the indoor monitor or specific programming steps.

5.3 Motion Detection and Recording

The outdoor doorbell camera features motion detection:

• When motion is detected, the system will automatically capture a photo or record a short video clip.
• These recordings are saved to the installed 32GB Micro SD card.
• You will receive a real-time "Movement detected" push notification on your Tuya Smart / Smart Life app.
• Video recording can also be triggered manually from the monitor or app during live view.

5.4 Playback and Cloud Storage

• Local Playback: Access recorded photos and videos directly from the indoor monitor's menu (e.g., "Event" or "Playback" section).
• App Playback: View recorded events and playback video history through the Tuya Smart / Smart Life app.
• Cloud Storage: The Tuya app offers optional cloud storage services for your recordings (subscription may be required).

5.5 Monitor Settings and Functions

The indoor monitor provides various settings and functions:

• Monitoring: View live feed from the outdoor doorbell camera at any time.
• Photo/Video Capture: Manually take photos or record videos during live monitoring.
• Display Settings: Adjust brightness, contrast, and color to your preference.
• Calendar: Access the built-in calendar function.
• Message: Leave messages or view system messages.
• System Settings: Configure date/time, language, ringtones, unlock delay, and other system parameters.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the outdoor doorbell camera lens and the indoor monitor screen. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Cable Connections: Periodically check all wired connections (RVV4 cable, power adapter) to ensure they are secure.
• Software Updates: Check the Tuya Smart / Smart Life app or the indoor monitor settings for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• SD Card Management: Regularly review recordings on the SD card. If the card becomes full, older recordings may be overwritten. Consider backing up important footage.
