1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your DXZ A3 DTF Printer, Model i3200. 2. Safety Information

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

  • Carefully remove the printer from its packaging.
  • Place the printer on a stable, level surface with adequate space for operation and ventilation.

4.2 Ink Loading

The printer features a one-click ink loading system for ease of use.

  • Open the ink tank covers.
  • Pour the corresponding CMYKW DTF inks into their designated tanks.
  • Close the ink tank covers securely.
  • Press the one-click ink loading button on the control panel to prime the ink system.

4.3 Software Installation

  • Insert the provided flash drive into your PC.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the RIPPrint software.
  • Connect the printer to your PC using the supplied USB cable.

4.4 Power Connection

  • Connect the power cable to the printer and then to a grounded electrical outlet.
  • Turn on the printer using the power switch.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Using the Digital Touch Panel

The printer is equipped with a 4.5-inch LED multi-function touch screen for intuitive control. Parameters such as print margins, print speed, and maintenance settings can be adjusted directly from this panel.

5.2 Printing Process Overview

  1. Prepare Design: Use the RIPPrint software on your PC to prepare your design for printing.
  2. Load DTF Film: Load the DTF transfer film into the printer. The suction platform helps keep the film flat and stable for accurate printing.
  3. Print: Initiate the print job from the software or the printer's control panel. The i3200 printhead delivers high-resolution prints with vibrant colors.
  4. Apply Powder: After printing, apply DTF powder evenly to the wet ink on the film.
  5. Cure: Use a curing oven or heat press to cure the powder onto the film. The printer's integrated heating platform assists in speeding up the curing process for durable prints.
  6. Transfer: Once cured, the design is ready to be transferred to the garment using a heat press.

5.3 Advanced Color Calibration

The printer supports advanced color calibration standards (G7 certified) to ensure accurate and consistent color output. Refer to the software manual for detailed calibration procedures.

6. Maintenance

6.1 White Ink Management System

The DXZ i3200 features a White Ink Management System that combines stirring, purification, and circulation to prevent white ink settling. This system ensures consistent ink flow, reduces clogging, and maintains print quality.

6.2 Intelligent Auto-Cleaning
