1. Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before installation and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or product damage.

  • Always wear safety glasses during installation.
  • Handle glass panels with extreme care. Tempered glass, while strong, can shatter if struck at the edges.
  • Ensure the installation surface (walls, floor) is structurally sound and level.
  • Two people are required for safe installation due to the weight and size of the glass panels.
  • Do not overtighten screws, as this can damage components or glass.
  • If you are unsure about any step, consult a qualified professional.

2. Package Contents

Verify all parts are present and undamaged before beginning installation. Refer to the diagram below for component identification.

Step 1: Measure and Mark

Measure the height and mark the hole positions on both walls. Use a spirit level to ensure that the hole positions on both walls remain horizontal and aligned at the same height.

Step 2: Install Side Frames

Drill the holes according to your markings. Insert the drywall anchors, and secure the side frames using the provided ST4*30 (big head) screws. Ensure the frames are plumb and securely fastened.

Step 3: Install Top Track

Install the top track onto the top of the side frames. Specifically, insert the top track into the side frame properly, fitting it into the notch, and ensure it is level.

Step 4: Install Rollers on Glass Doors

Install the rollers onto the sliding glass door panels. Pay attention to the direction of the rollers for smooth operation.

Step 5: Hang Doors and Check Balance

Carefully hang both glass doors onto the top track. Test whether the frame and doors are balanced and slide smoothly. Adjust as necessary.

Step 6: Install Anti-Jump Blocks

After adjusting the panels to be level, install the anti-jump blocks on the top track to prevent the doors from derailing.

Step 7: Install Bottom Guide and Water Dam Barrier

Install the bottom guide. Ensure that its position is in the middle of the base/threshold and perpendicular to the glass door. Then, insert the water dam barrier into the bottom guide.

Step 8: Install Water Seals

Cut the water seals to a suitable door height and install them onto the edges of the glass panels to ensure a watertight enclosure.

Step 9: Install Handles and Towel Bars

Install the handle and towel bar on each of the glass panels. Ensure they are securely tightened.

Step 10: Apply Silicone Sealant

Apply silicone sealant to the gaps along the shower door frame and base (threshold) for better stability and water resistance. Allow adequate drying time before use.

4. Operating Instructions

Your CFKEJI Frameless Shower Door features a double sliding design, allowing entry and exit from either side. The smooth stainless steel rollers ensure effortless operation.

  • To open or close, gently push or pull the handle on the desired glass panel.
  • Avoid forcing the doors if they encounter resistance. Check for any obstructions in the tracks.
  • The reversible design means the doors can be installed to slide left or right, maximizing your bathroom space.

5. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and pristine appearance of your shower door.

Glass Cleaning

The nano-coated glass is designed for effortless cleaning. To maintain its clarity and protective barrier:

  • After each use, wipe down the glass with a squeegee or a soft, damp cloth to prevent water spots and soap scum buildup.
  • For deeper cleaning, use a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, or scouring powders, as these can damage the nano-coating.
  • Rinse thoroughly with water after cleaning.

Hardware and Frame Care

  • Clean the stainless steel hardware and frame with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or corrode the brushed nickel finish.
  • Regularly check the rollers and tracks for any debris and clean them to ensure smooth sliding.
  • Inspect seals periodically for wear and tear. Replace if necessary to maintain water resistance.

6. Troubleshooting

Here are some common issues and their potential solutions:

  • Doors not sliding smoothly: Check the top and bottom tracks for debris or obstructions. Clean the tracks and rollers. Ensure rollers are properly aligned.
  • Water leakage: Verify that all water seals are properly installed and are not damaged. Check the silicone sealant around the frame and base for any gaps or cracks and reapply if needed. Ensure the bottom guide and water dam barrier are correctly positioned.
  • Doors appear unbalanced: Recheck the level of the top track and side frames. Adjust if necessary. Ensure anti-jump blocks are correctly installed.
  • Glass appears scratched or damaged: The tempered glass includes an explosion-proof film and nano-coating for enhanced durability. If significant damage occurs, contact customer support for replacement options.
