1. Setup (Assembly)

This section provides detailed instructions for assembling your DAUSOLA 10x8 FT Outdoor Storage Shed. Please follow all steps carefully to ensure proper construction and safety.

1.1 Safety First

• Always wear work gloves, eye protection, and long sleeves when handling components to avoid cuts from sharp edges.
• Ensure there is at least one adult to assist with assembly, as some steps require additional help.

1.3 Unpacking & Part Identification

1.4 Base Frame Installation

Begin by assembling the base frame. Connect parts BS1L, BS1, BS2L, and BS2. Align the holes and secure them with F1 screws. Ensure the frame is square before tightening all bolts. Ground spikes can be installed to stabilize the structure.

1.5 Wall Panel Installation

Install the WS2A wall panels around the base frame. Fix them using F1 screws and V2 spacers. Pay close attention to the orientation of the long and short sides of the wall panels. Drive the wall plates from the bottom to the top.

1.6 Top Support Bar Installation

Assemble the rear support bar (parts 10L, GS, 10R) and the front support bar (parts 7, GS, 8). Connect them using C2 connectors, F1 screws, and V2 spacers. Ensure the screw holes for the rear support bar face the inside of the shed and the upper holes of the bar face upwards. For the front support bar, ensure the connection screw holes face the interior of the shed.

1.7 Triangular Parts Installation

Assemble the front and back triangular parts. Connect 21L, B1, 21R, B2, B3, and GF components using F2 screws. Ensure B2 and B3 are oriented inwards, and GF is facing downward. Fix these assembled parts to the frame using F1 screws and V1 spacers. When installing, tighten the four middle screws first to prevent parts from falling off.

1.8 Roof Beams Installation

Assemble the main beams (parts 13, 14) and auxiliary beams (parts 13, 14) using F2 screws. Do not overtighten the screws at the very edge or near the edge. Insert the main beam into the top triangle plate, ensuring screw holes face upwards. Fix with F2 screws. Ensure correct orientation of auxiliary beams with screw holes facing upwards. Secure with F2 screws.

1.9 Roof Wall Panels Installation

Install the roof panels (P1, P2, P3, P3A, 19) using F1 screws and V2 washers. Ensure each panel overlaps exactly where it meets. Do not install screws in the holes near the outer side. Secure each panel immediately after placement to ensure screws remain accessible.

1.10 Protective Strips Installation

Install the front protective strips (parts 15, 16) and side protective strips (part 17). Gently lift the eaves to expose the holes at the top of the wall plate. Align the holes and drive F1 screws and V2 spacers. Install GE and GC components with F5 screws.

1.11 Door Installation

Assemble the door panels (DLA, DLB, DRB, DRA) by inserting two DX2 reinforcement bars on the inner side of each door panel and fixing them with F1 screws. Install the DH hinges with F3 screws, ensuring the door opens in the correct direction. Attach the DC latch with F1 screws. Connect the DF accessory to the door panel using F4 screws. Finally, align the DG accessory with the holes on the outside of the right door panel and use F4 screws for assembly. After installation, test whether the door panel can be opened and closed smoothly. If not, gently push the wall to adjust.
