2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper handle to the lower handle using the provided knobs and bolts. Ensure the handle is securely fastened and aligned.
3. Chute Assembly: Secure the discharge chute to the main unit according to the instructions in your product box. Ensure it rotates freely and the adjustment mechanism is functional.
4. LED Headlight Attachment: If detachable, attach the LED headlight to the designated mounting point on the handle.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective snow removal:

1. Connect Power: Connect a suitable outdoor-rated extension cord to the snow blower and then to a grounded 120V AC outlet. Ensure the extension cord is long enough to cover your clearing area without being stretched.
2. Two-Step Start Design:
   • Step 1: Press and hold the safety button.
   • Step 2: Squeeze the bail switch lever against the handle. The motor will start. Release the safety button once the motor is running.
3. Adjust Chute Direction: Use the chute crank or lever to adjust the direction and angle of snow discharge. Aim snow away from buildings, vehicles, and people.
4. Begin Clearing: Push the snow blower forward at a steady, manageable pace. Do not force the machine through heavy snow. For deep snow, clear in narrower strips or make multiple passes.
5. Use LED Headlight: Activate the LED headlight for improved visibility in dim conditions.
6. Clearing Wet or Heavy Snow: Wet snow can be more challenging. Reduce your forward speed and clear smaller sections at a time to prevent clogging.
7. Stopping Operation: Release the bail switch lever to stop the motor. Always unplug the unit when not in use or when leaving it unattended.
