2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions before operating the appliance.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. Contact customer support for assistance.

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
- Remove any stickers or labels.
- Retain the packaging for storage or future transport.
4.2 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food:
- Wash the air fryer basket, grill plate, and any removable accessories with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
4.3 Placement
- Place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is adequate space (at least 10 cm) around the appliance for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the appliance near flammable materials or heat sources.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On and Off
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance will beep, and the LED display will illuminate briefly.
- Press the power icon on the LED touch panel to turn the appliance on.
- To turn off, press and hold the power icon until the display turns off.
5.2 Switching Between Air Fryer and Barbeque Modes
The Lifelong BRIK features a unique flip design to switch between modes:
- Ensure the unit is unplugged and cooled down.
- To switch from Air Fryer to Barbeque mode: Lift and detach the top display unit from the base. Flip the top unit over to reveal the grilling element. Place the grill plate onto the base.
- To switch from Barbeque to Air Fryer mode: Remove the grill plate. Flip the top unit back to its original position and reattach it to the base. Insert the air fryer basket.

5.3 Using the LED Touch Panel
The LED touch panel allows you to select cooking modes, adjust temperature, and set cooking time.

5.4 Preset Modes
The appliance comes with 8 preset modes for common dishes. To use a preset:
- Turn on the appliance.
- Select the desired preset icon on the touch panel. The default time and temperature for that preset will display.
- You can adjust the time and temperature manually using the +/- buttons if needed.
- Press the start button to begin cooking.

- Ensure the appliance is in Air Fryer mode with the basket inserted.
- Place food into the air fryer basket. Do not overfill.
- Turn on the appliance.
- Use the temperature and time buttons to set your desired cooking parameters.
- Press the start button. The appliance will begin heating and circulating hot air.
- Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even results, if necessary.
- The appliance will beep when cooking is complete and automatically shut off.
5.6 Manual Operation (Grilling)
- Ensure the appliance is in Barbeque mode with the grill plate in place.
- Preheat the grill plate for 3-5 minutes.
- Carefully place food onto the hot grill plate.
- Use the temperature and time buttons to set your desired cooking parameters.
- Press the start button.
- Flip food as needed for even grilling.
- The appliance will beep when cooking is complete and automatically shut off.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your appliance.
6.1 General Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- The air fryer basket and grill plate are non-stick. Wash them with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the basket or grill plate in warm, soapy water for 10-15 minutes before cleaning.
6.2 Storage
When not in use, ensure the appliance is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place.
