Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your water cooler.

  1. Exterior Cleaning:
    • Unplug the dispenser from the power outlet before cleaning.
    • Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  2. Drip Tray Cleaning:
    • The drip tray is removable. Slide it out, empty any collected water, and wash it with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before reinserting.
  3. Internal Cleaning (Rubber Hose):
    • The built-in rubber hose (probe) that goes into the water bottle can be detached for cleaning. Wash it with mild soap and water, rinse well, and ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.
  4. Draining the Unit:
    • Periodically, or before moving the unit, drain all water. Unplug the dispenser. Place a bucket under the drain plug (usually at the back or bottom) and remove the plug to allow water to drain completely. Re-secure the drain plug tightly afterward.
