Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Ensure the fan is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the fan. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Avoid immersing the fan in water.

2. Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the fan when the battery level is low. If storing the fan for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50% and store in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

Fan Does Not Turn On:

  • Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the fan to a power source and allow it to charge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Check if the power switch is in the 'On' position.
  • Verify that the travel lock is disengaged.

Weak Airflow:

  • Increase the fan speed using the +/- buttons.
  • Ensure the fan grille is not obstructed by dust or debris. Clean if necessary.
  • Check the battery level; lower battery may result in reduced performance.

Fan Not Charging:

  • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the fan and the power adapter.
  • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
  • Verify the power source is functional.
